SASCU Contributes $17,000 to Support Local Food Banks and Shelters

SALMON ARM (December 20, 2024) — Each year, SASCU is proud to support local food banks and shelters during the holiday season. This year, SASCU has given $17,000 in donations to several volunteer groups across the Shuswap, including the Salmon Arm Salvation Army Food Bank, Second Harvest Food Bank, Eagle Valley Food Bank, Sorrento Food Bank, North Shuswap Food Bank, Feed Enderby & District Food Bank, and the Shuswap Area Family Emergency (SAFE) Society.
